1, 7 days no reason to return

Within 7 days from the date of receipt, if the equipment exhibits the non-human damage performance failure listed in the National Three Guarantees Regulations, you can choose to repair or replace the same type of equipment with the same specifications, or choose to return.


2, 1 year machine warranty

Within 8 to 1 year from the date of receipt, if the equipment fails to exhibit the non-human damage performance listed in the National Three Guarantees Regulations, we will repair it for you free of charge and replace the accessories free of charge if it cannot be repaired. (Note: Consumables, except for auxiliary materials)

3, 5 years free maintenance

Within 1 year to 5 years from the date of shipment, if the equipment exhibits non-human damage performance failures listed in the National Three Guarantees Regulations, we provide free maintenance services. If you need to replace the accessories, you will be charged according to the charges of the company. (You can also buy accessories on our official store to replace it)


[Any of the following conditions are not covered by the 'three guarantees' warranty

Ainengte has the right to provide no warranty service in accordance with the 'Three Guarantees' provisions of the country。

· There is no 'product warranty card' voucher or 'product warranty card' content is not complete, not true, there are traces of alteration;

· The complete machine and parts have exceeded the return or replacement period;

· The product or product label without special love can be damaged and the barcode is inconsistent, defective and illegible;

Non-Aigen special parts or users themselves to replace non-in love special accessories;

· Failure or damage caused by incorrect installation, operation, or use in a non-product specified work environment;

· Misuse of (including working load beyond) misuse caused by accident;

· Damage caused by the use of self-published or non-publicly released software that does not work properly;

• Use nozzles that are not consumable or that are not maintained as required;

• Failure or damage caused by unauthorized removal and use of non-standard extended feature cards;

Damage due to improper storage (damp or mold);

· Non-product quality problems, resulting in flawed or damaged appearance due to user use;

· Natural losses during the use of the machine (eg: shells, natural consumption of connectors, wear and aging);

• Failure or damage caused by irresistible factors such as fire, earthquake, lightning, flood, etc.


[Important note] How to use the 3D printer properly

·Before printing, please read the product manual carefully, first adjust the printing platform, and then start the formal printing;

· After the print job is completed, store the consumables as tightly as possible to prevent them from affecting the print quality due to the dampness of the consumables. At the beginning of the next printing, the nozzle is warmed up first, and the nozzle is automatically ejected for about one minute, and then the formal printing starts;

• Do not use a fan or air conditioning vent to face the printing platform during the printing process.

· Work environment recommended humidity: The maximum relative humidity should not exceed 80%, otherwise it may cause deterioration of components in the machine due to condensation, and even short circuit may damage the machine. The relative humidity should not be less than 20%, otherwise it may result in excessive dryness and electrostatic interference, causing the machine to garbled or malfunction.
